McCarty, Buehler & Bixby, P.C. was originally founded by William McCarty, who was a successor to McCarty & Rifkin, which had been in existence from 1971, and operated as McCarty Law Offices. Starting with the local, sole practice, the firm now serves the entire state of Vermont and specializes in litigation of all matters, especially recreational litigation, civil litigation, ski litigation, criminal litigation and domestic relations, including divorce and business partitioning.
